Having started in commercial activities as a legal entity company in 1985, Mesut Çelik, after being involved as a subcontractor in highways for a number of well-known specialized companies, expanded his coverage by founding the Haspınar Construction Corporation based in Ankara in 1996. With expert technical staff and a professional team, Haspınar Construction specializes in road and highway construction projects in Turkey.

Between 1996 and 2004, land and rock excavation work and loading, transport and on-site consolidation works, transport of earth and sea reinforcement, fishery shelters and query pavement (Sub-foundation, foundation, concrete and asphalt concrete) works as a sub-contractor for highway contractors has been realized.

Between 2004 and 2017, Haspınar Construction completed a total of 115 km of bituminous hot blended and surface covered road construction for the General Directorate of Highways, including underpasses, overpasses, bridges and art works as a contractor. Our Company has always fulfilled its commitments on time and above the expected quality, and continues to operate on major projects for both the private and public sectors.

Mesut Çelik is the principal founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Haspınar Construction and undertakes the management of the Company.
